Scheduling your repairs and/or services online gives you reward points that you can use for future discounts, as well as your order status, warranty status, and repair history.
To send in a repair with the form, simply print the form out, fill it out with your information, and place it inside the box with the part(s) to be repaired and ship them to BTS.
