R-O-D Repairs On Demand
R-O-D Repairs On Demand program is a method for customers to get their repairs done quickly. If you need a repair done fast you can submit your R-O-D and we will ship it the same day if in stock. The cutoff time for same day shipments is 3:00 pm CST. When you submit your R-O-D you will be charged up front for the cost of the part. When you receive the R-O-D, reuse the same packaging to ship the bad part back to us. A shipping label is included in the box so no need to pay for return shipping. Just attach the included shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your local UPS store. When we receive the bad part back we will credit your account the difference between the cost of the part and the cost of a repair minus the R-O-D fees. You will need to get the part returned to us within 15 days to receive the credit. The part must be the same type part and in a normal repairable condition. If we do not receive the same type part back or it is in a state is disrepair no credit or a partial credit might be applied. Please select your R-O-D carefully and return the bad part in the required time.
