Shipping & Returns Policy

While Burton Technical Services LLC strives to maintain its 3-5 business day average time-to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)

It is Burton Technical Services LLC‘s responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from Burton Technical Services LLC to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.

Burton Technical Services LLC‘s preferred carrier is FedEx, and all shipping will be completed through them unless otherwise specified. Use of a 3rd party courier account (FedEx or otherwise) will incur an $8 handling fee. If a courier other than FedEx is required then there may be a delay in shipment, and additional fees may apply.

All build and ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of FedEx. Burton Technical Services LLC honors all holidays recognized by FedEx and follows a Monday-Friday work week.

We reserve the right to refuse any fraudulant orders.

Services rendered by Burton Technical Services LLC are non-refundable. Parts/items sold by Burton Technical Services LLC may be returned within 30 days as long as the part/item is in like-new or original condition with all parts/accessories/materials that it came with. Damaged returns will not be accepted. Any returned items may incur a 20% restocking fee. Parts/items marked as NCNR (non-cancellable, non-returnable) may not be returned for a refund, and are sold as-is and final.
